This last weekend I was digging through some of my old family photographs and had the idea to share some of my early, early photography work. When people ask me about why I started photography ... It wasn't until I was older that I realized this is simply how my brain works, how my eyes see the world, how I remember special moments; all in images.
She calls him "little ducky," like it's a question, when he cries. She says it with so much love in her voice, like she's been saying it for years but he's only a month old. She kisses him softly on his face as he starts to calm down. Having her there soothes him and fixes whatever was wrong with his world.
In addition to photographing I have another love, decorating. One thing that made me fall in love with this house is the corner mantel and fireplace. My mom and I visited Nashville, Tennessee for the first time a few weeks ago and from our 3 day visit we crammed so many top sites into our few days of adventure. We wanted to take full advantage of our time so we did more tours that wondering around the city, but we both claim we will be back some day for the 'walking around and see what we stumble upon' portion of our trip!
Today I am going to explain step-by-step how to build a photo booth from PVC pipe. Before building my photo booth I did a ton of Pinterest, DIY blog and online research but I still couldn't find any real step-by-step guides or lists of supplies. However, I complied a few popular designs and reinforced them with my own structural ideas so it would stand up against The Great Oklahoma Wind.
